Signed copies of the three 'required paperwork' pages must be on file before the inspection is performed, or provided to the inspector at the time of the inspection. Payment is required from the client before the home inspection report results are released. Usually the inspector will bring personalized copies of the documents and collect the payment from the clients at the inspection appointment. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the document. (A free copy of Acrobat Reader is available for download here).
